Why I Do This

I am a very experienced real estate agent, real estate team leader and prior real estate brokerage owner.  One of the reasons for my success is understanding basic real estate marketing principles.

I build beautiful simple and effective websites… for free that web designers and agencies charge thousands of dollars for.  I don’t ask for a credit card, no payment info, nothing.

The reason I do this is simple: it’s a great way for me to build connections with business owners who might hire me for larger projects down the line.

I've run the numbers!

I know you probably thinking I've lost my mind. It just does not make any sense why I would build wesites for free. Especially websites that web agencies charge an average fee of $1,500.
